Happy troll computing has been in business for over ten years. We have pursued a series of LOB products starting with ServWin. HTC has decided to pursue a new product hosted and stored in the cloud,  the SCRUM line of products.

ServWin
Our LOB runs retail electronic repair stations. A soup to nuts application, encompassing a built proof database, work flow enhancements, and detail reporting, both managers and works can stay on top of their business.

SCRUM-Packager
Our newest application endeavor. I found in my other life as a re-Packager of software on a locked down network that no product seemed to fit the bill for tracking the packaging process. I discovered several problems in packaging:

 • Loss of information, what did we do last time?

 • Stakeholders were in the dark about the progress of packages.

 • Work process flow as a package moves from Analyst, to Packager, to Tester, to Distributor, and then to the User.

 SCRUM-Packager hopes to address each of these issues and many more as they arrive using modern programming techniques, cloud computing for availability, and Microsoft© programming tools.
